Shilpan Patel , M.D.,

Dr. Shilpan Patel, is board certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He brings over a decade of experience and a strong passion for preventative care. He's an expert in managing conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD and many more. He strives to help you in your health journey and to make sure your wishes are respected and valued.

Aalap Majmudar , M.D.,

Medical Director Remote Patient Monitoring - Dr. Aalap Majmudar, is board certified in Internal Medicine and has over 11 years of experience practicing across Kentucky and has a passion for managing complex conditions with a patient centered approach.
